In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative one of similar style, equivalent value, and quality at our discretion. As natural products, slight colour variations may occur in the flowers, with some appearing in darker or lighter tones than presented unless specified in the stem count.

Care Instructions:

1. Place your flowers away from direct sunlight and find an appropriate vase.

2. Ensure your vase is clean or wash it before use.

3. Fill the vase with fresh water, approximately two-thirds full.

4. Remove the flowers from the packaging.

5. Remove any flower heads or foliage below the waterline.

6. Cut the stems at an angle before placing them in the water, ensuring all stems are submerged.

7. Please be aware that some flowers last longer while others wilt faster. These simple steps will enhance the longevity of your flowers:

> you can check flowers daily and peel off brown petals or cut off wilted flower heads if there are more than one on the stems

> replenish the water

> re-cut the stems

> clean the vase every two or three days
